WHO WE ARE

Since its founding by Thomas Brundige in 1981, Total Ultimate Foods, Inc. (TUF) has become one of the leading manufacturers of dry food products. We currently create over 100 products for some of the largest restaurant chains and food distributors in the world. From cheese sauces and gravies to soups and dessert items, we offer a large range of quality products to suit your menu needs. We also have a complete complement of packaging capabilities.

OUR FACILITY

TUF’s state-of-the-art, 80,000-square foot facility is located in Columbus, Ohio. The facility features a number of machines that can be configured quickly to meet your specific needs. Our facility has consistently received superior ratings from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and has a complete HACCP program in place.

OUR PEOPLE

The number one ingredient at TUF is our people. We take great pride in our team because they take great pride in TUF and put tremendous talent and care into the products we create.

We have a complete and experienced Research and Development team who are backed by a Quality Assurance group. Working together they ensure that our customers receive a consistently high quality product.

Our Sales team is based in Columbus but also has members located throughout the United States. They are not there just to take product orders but also to answer questions, supply you with recipe ideas and offer any support they can to make the TUF product line as successful as it can be.
